Posh Tag currently operates a straightforward manual dropshipping process. Once an approved partner receives an order from their customer, the partner submits the required order details to Posh Tag. After payment is confirmed, Posh Tag processes, packs and dispatches the order directly to the customer's delivery address. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Dropshipping Pricing
Approved Posh Tag dropshipping partners receive access to dedicated dropshipping pricing. Dropshipping prices are not publicly displayed and are provided only after your application has been approved.
All dropshipping prices are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout/payment.
Approved partners must comply with Posh Tag's applicable resale pricing requirements.
Payment Terms
All dropshipping orders must be paid in full before Posh Tag begins fulfilment and dispatch.
Posh Tag does not provide credit terms for standard dropshipping orders unless credit has been separately approved in writing.
Applicable VAT is added to the order total at checkout/payment.

Returns & Hygiene Requirements
Due to the nature of our bedding products and hygiene requirements, change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the product remains unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
Once the original sealed packaging has been opened, the product is not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
This restriction does not affect applicable rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
For approved change-of-mind returns, the applicable return shipping costs are the responsibility of the dropshipping partner/customer, subject to Posh Tag's applicable return conditions.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect due to a Posh Tag fulfilment or product issue, Posh Tag will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Claims may require supporting information or photographs of the product and packaging.
Order Cancellation
Dropshipping partners may request cancellation before Posh Tag begins processing/fulfilment. Cancellation is subject to confirmation by Posh Tag.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and the applicable returns process will apply.
Delivery Address Responsibility
The dropshipping partner is responsible for providing accurate and complete customer delivery information.
Where an order is returned or requires re-delivery because an incorrect, incomplete or insufficient delivery address was supplied by the partner/customer, any applicable additional delivery or re-delivery charges will be payable by the dropshipping partner.
Branding & Intellectual Property
Posh Tag Branded Products
Approved partners may use Posh Tag branding, approved product images and approved product information only for authorised Posh Tag-branded sales.
Posh Tag-branded products may only be sold through the partner's own approved website.
Posh Tag-branded products may not be listed or sold on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop or other third-party marketplaces or selling platforms.
White-Label Products
White-label products are supplied without Posh Tag branding and may be marketed under the partner's own brand.
The partner must not represent a white-label product as a Posh Tag-branded product or make unauthorised claims about the product, manufacturer or origin.

Posh Tag reserves the right to suspend or terminate a dropshipping partnership where a partner breaches the agreed commercial terms, fails to make required payments, misuses Posh Tag branding or intellectual property, sells Posh Tag-branded products through unauthorised channels, or otherwise breaches the agreed partnership requirements.
