At PoshTag.co.uk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Returns Eligibility

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

  • Pillows

  • Duvets

  • Mattress toppers

  • Bedding products that have been opened or used

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@poshtag.co.uk

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will provide return instructions

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping will be covered by us


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your card issuer (processing times vary)

9. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
