A super king fitted sheet cut to 40cm deep

This super king fitted sheet measures 180 x 200cm and is made with an extra deep 40cm skirt, elasticated the full way round. It is manufactured in Britain, in our own Rochdale factory, in 200 thread count microfibre. A superking fitted sheet has the most surface area of any UK size, which is precisely why the depth and the elastic matter more here than anywhere else.

Why 40cm, and what it fits

Super king mattresses tend to be the deepest in the range, and they are the ones most likely to have a topper on them. A deep super king fitted sheet at 40cm fits mattresses up to that depth — a standard 25cm, a thick pocket-sprung or hybrid, or either with a topper added. On a bed this wide, a sheet that is even slightly too shallow will lift off a corner the first time someone turns over.

The fit

The elastic runs 360° around the entire skirt. Across 180cm of width that continuous tension is doing real work — corner-only elastic simply cannot hold a sheet of this size flat. The 200 thread count microfibre has enough weight to stay put and smooth out properly, and it holds its shape through repeated washing.

Six colours

Every super king fitted sheet comes in six colours. White is the timeless hotel choice, crisp and clean against any duvet cover. Light Grey is a soft modern neutral that flatters contemporary bedrooms. Charcoal is a deeper, warmer grey for a cosier, more grounded look. Black is sleek and confident for a high-contrast bedroom. Navy Blue is rich and elegant, adding depth and character. Beige is a calm natural tone that brings warmth and softness.

Washing and care

Machine washable at 40°C and safe to tumble dry on a low heat. Wash similar colours together, particularly the darker shades — black, charcoal and navy blue — to keep the colour looking rich. Take the sheet out promptly once dry and smooth it flat. Avoid dragging or overstretching the corners when fitting and removing it, and store it clean, dry and folded in a cool, airy cupboard.
