Premium materials, thoughtful craftsmanship and practical everyday care.
A V pillow sits behind your head and shoulders with the arms coming forward on either side, so it supports your neck, upper back and both arms at once. That makes it the pillow people reach for when they are sitting up rather than lying down — reading, feeding a baby, working in bed, or recovering from surgery. Turned around, the V cradles your neck from behind for sleeping.
Filled with 100% Pure Virgin Hollow Fiber and made at our own base in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. 140 x 30cm along the arms. Choose a pack of 1 or 2, with or without a matching V shaped pillowcase.

You need a V shaped pillowcase — a standard 50 x 75cm case will not fit around the arms. We sell this pillow with a matching case as an option, which is simpler than hunting for one separately. Standard pillow dimensions are set out in the pillow size guide.
Two ways. Point of the V at the top, arms forward on either side of you, for sitting up — this is the usual position. Or turn it upside down so the V cradles your neck for sleeping. Some people also use it sideways to support a bump during pregnancy.
It can help if your neck pain comes from your head rolling sideways at night, because the arms hold it centred. If the pain is caused by your everyday pillow being the wrong height, fix that first — our pillow firmness guide covers it. Persistent neck pain is worth seeing a GP or physiotherapist about rather than solving with a pillow.
The V is smaller, easier to reposition and better for sitting up. The U shaped pillow wraps around you completely and supports the bump and back at the same time, but takes up much more of the bed. Many people use a V early in pregnancy and move to a U later.
Yes — machine washable, low tumble dry. Adding the pillowcase option means you can wash the case weekly and the pillow itself only two or three times a year. See how to wash pillows.
For full-length support, see our bolster body pillows or the U shaped pregnancy pillow. For your everyday bed pillow, browse the full pillow range, our hotel quality pillows or natural-fill duck feather pillows. Read how to choose a pillow and compare fills in the pillow filling guide.
We fill these ourselves on Fieldhouse Industrial Estate in Rochdale, with more than fifteen years in textiles behind them — which is why the arms hold their shape instead of going limp where they meet the V. Email support@poshtag.co.uk or call +44 7414 441213, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Choose the with pillowcase option if you expect to wash it often — V shaped cases are hard to buy separately. For full-length support alongside it, see our bolster body pillow, and for your everyday head pillow the hotel pillow. Orders over £30 ship free, so a pack of 2 with cases usually clears the threshold.
